When someone submits a contact form to you from your website, a new prospect will automatically be set up in your Top Producer account.
Description
We’ll set up the “Contact Us” forms on your website to send to your Top Producer account, so when someone submits a contact form to you, a new prospect will automatically be set up in your Top Producer account with the information they entered into your form.
If you have agents withTop Producer accounts, we can set up the same to happen for them. When someone submits a “Find Out More About This Property” request form on a listing, it will email the agent, and if the agent has a Top Producer email included in their account profile, then it will also add the contact to the agent’s Top Producer account.
NOTE: You must have an active account with Top Producer for this product to work.
