Use your local REALTOR board’s MLS data and images to display local property listings on your website. Additional monthly fees apply for use of the MLS data.

You can display your own listings, other agent’s listings, and even add your own Non-MLS-listed properties. Includes account set-up and implementation of IDX functionality on your website. We’ll help you get the correct paperwork filed with your board to allow us to use their data on your website. We also ensure the listings on your site are compliant with your board’s MLS rules, so you’ll never have a business interruption if your MLS makes changes.

  • Includes all MLS pages: featured listings page, property search and search results pages, sold property gallery, individual property pages, open homes page, video tour page, property valuation request page, mortgage calculator page, email updates and property organizer sign up pages
  • Full administration area: manage listings, agents, offices, leads and much more in our easy to use systems.
  • Mobile IDX: A customizable mobile website that brings full MLS / IDX search, listings and more to visitors using any smartphone. No need for an expensive app that’s a hassle for consumers to download and keep updated.
NOTE
This price is the set up and configuration fee. There is also a monthly fee for the use of this data from your MLS board.  Your monthly fee will range from $50-$150, depending on features selected and your MLS board.
